WORLD AFFAIRS
A DEEP UNREST: There has been a deep unrest in my soul for some time now. For the more than fifty years that I have been writing on the prophecies of the Bible I have always tried to keep my readers informed on the times in which we live. I know we cannot know the day or the hour of our Lord’s return, but we can know the times and the seasons. He gave us Himself these signs in Matthew 24 and Luke 21. He told us that when we see these signs we must know that He is at the very door.
The clearest sign of them all is the ascendancy of the heathen and his relentless hatred of the white man. We see it in the many murders of the white people, especially of our white farmers. We also see it in the fanatic actions of the Moslems ever since the time of Mohammed. They will not rest until every white person has been wiped out. Please read carefully and prayerfully Psalm 83, especially these verses:
“Keep not thou silence, 0 God; hold not thy peace, and be not still, 0 God. For, lo, thine enemies make a tumult; and they that hate thee have llfted up the head. They have taken crafty counsel against thy people, and consulted against thy hidden ones. They have said, Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation; that the name of Israel may be no more in remembrance. For they have consulted together with one consent: they are confederate against thee: the tabernacles of Edom, and the Ishmaelites; Moab, and the Hagarenes; Gebal, and Ammon, and Amalek; the Phillstines with the inhabitants of Tyre; Assur is also joined with them: they have holpen the children of Lot” – (Verses 1-8)
All these nations number among those who are working for the destruction of the white man. There is not room in a Newsletter like this to explain this to you in detail; you will have to read my books for this and listen to my cassettes.
The Quran is no holy book like the Bible, but a book of hate. After the death of Mohammed his successors swept over the world of that time, slaying millions of people and penetrated even as far as France; there they were stopped by Charles Martel in the Battle of Tours in 732 A.D. Now in our days the Moslems are saying again that they are going to dominate the world. They have again penetrated Europe and have made almost as many adherents as Christendom. Think of the recent riots in France and the devastating issue they made out of the cartoons about Mohammed in a Danish paper. Where their numbers reach 10-20% in any particular country, they demand that the laws of that country should be replaced by their own laws from the Quran. They refuse to integrate with the people among whom they live.
The ALLAH of the Moslems is not the God of the Bible. It was one of the many gods of the Arabic tribes of the Middle-East and known as the moon god. That is why the symbol of the crescent moon is found on all their mosques and flags.
Their ALLAH is therefore not God but an idol. Mohammed was born in 570A.D. in Mecca of Arabia. There is no comparison whatsoever between their Quran and our Bible. Where there are here and there passages in the Quran that agree with the Bible, it is where Mohammed took it from our Bible. The Moslem faith is therefore pure idolatry, and has no agreement with the Christian faith whatsoever.
THE PROPHECIES OF THE BIBLE: There is no force in the world stronger than the power of a prophecy whose time has come. When we therefore look at the prophecies in the Bible and we look at the world situation as it is at this very moment, we see that there are mighty events knocking at our very door. Do you realise it? Are you ready for it? Jesus said in His prophetic discourse according to Luke 21:34-36 that when He returns He will find two groups of people, both unprepared; the one group (small) will be busy making money, living a rich and self indulgent life, and the other group (the vast majority) occupied with cares of this life.
Our Lord Jesus said in Luke 12:49, 51:
“I am come to send fire on the earth; and what will I, if it be already kindled? Suppose ye that I am come to give peace on earth? I tell you, Nay; but rather division.”
There has never been such a time as this: the Churches are divided, politics is divided, homes are divided. It is as the old Romans said: “Those whom the gods would destroy, they first make mad” I wonder if there have ever been more different faiths on earth, than to-day. The Christian groups alone count in their thousands. How many different cults are there not? The old Romans and Greeks (and Arabs of which Allah was one of them) had many gods.
The Bible teaches us that the different nations each have their own god in the unseen. Read here for sure Daniel 10. Now Revelation 16:13, 14 tells us:
“And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet. For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.”
We can see the nations more and more drawn together into the Middle-East. It is as if it is an irresistible power forcing them in that direction. The prophecies seem to be ganging up to come into fulfilment. Terrible it will be the day when the walls break. We read in Malachi 4:1
“For, behold, the day cometh, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the LORD of hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch.”
The prophets speak of the terrible things that stand on the point of fulfilment. Oh, it is such a pity that our preachers have left out the prophecies in their preaching. Those of you who have come with me all these years know that I have told you these things many years ago. Please take my books again such as THE BOOK OF JOEL, HIS PROPHETIC MESSAGE AND WARNING, THE BOOK OF REVELATION, THE RUSSIAN CHAPTERS OF EZEKIEL, and so on, and refresh your memory. You will see in them that even the very angels of God will join the conflict of the ages. You know yourself that they did that in the days of the Bible, why not now?
HAMAS: Hamas, the well-known terrorist organization which won the election of the Palestinians, is an outspoken enemy of the Israeli-State. It is well known that they want to wipe out the Jews. At the same time has the illness of Ariel Sharon taken him out of the political scene. The position in Palestine is far more complex than most people realize. The whole Western World of course is aiding the establishment of the Israeli-State in the Middle-East, because they believe that the return of the Jews is the fulfilment of the promise God made to them. This is a very big mistake. God made an everlasting covenant with the full twelve tribes of Israel and promised them the land of Canaan. The Jews of today are but a small part of the two tribes of Judah and Benjamin. Nine tenths of them according to Jewish authorities themselves, consist of foreign elements that infiltrated the House of Judah during the course of centuries, and became known as Jews. They, with the help of the Church, made the world to believe that they are the full twelve tribes of Israel, and thus have the sole claim to the Covenant which God had made with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. This Covenant covers the whole area from the Nile to the Euphrates. Therefore also Iraq.
Ever since the inception of the Israeli-State in 1948 the Jews have driven the Palestinians in the cruelest way out of their homes and territory. The Jews were assisted in this by the Western Nations, especially the United States of America, who pumped billions of dollars into the Jewish State and supplied them with the most modern weapons available. The Jews were also of course expected to act as a beach head for the U.S.A. into the Middle-East. The Arabic World is of course fully aware of this. Hence the Hamas Organization.
But at the same time the Arabs are also laying claim to this same area. The leadership in the terrorist organizations say that Ishmael, their ancestor, was the eldest son of Abraham, therefore they have the prior claim to the inheritance of Abraham. This again suits Russia and China perfectly because they also have their eye on this area with its rich oil fields and strategic position. They are on the point of forming a strong alliance with the whole Arabic World. As we know, all the southern states of the former Soviet Union are Moslem States. The whole bloc is therefore anti-Christian.
But the Jews are also anti-Christian.And they control the money of the world. At the same time the Western World is also without strong leadership. The U.S.A. is also under threat from all sides. There are strong indications that the al Quaeda Organisation of Osama bin Laden has smuggled a few suitcase nuclear bombs into the U.S.A. He said on one occasion: “It is my religious duty to use nuclear weapons if I can get them.”
EVERY JOT AND EVERY TITTLE: On one occasion Jesus said that every jot and every tittle of the law shall be fulfilled.Therefore also every prophecy. The Bible also predicts a total financial collapse. It seems at the moment as ifthe world is hovering on the brink of such a complete standstill of its economy. Not only is the U.S.A.up to its ears in debt, but now Iran and the entire Arabian world is threatening to uncouple its money system from the dollar and base it on one of the Eastern currencies. This will make the dollar almost valueless. This will ruin America financially and cause the whole world economic system to crumble. Then absolute chaos. This could be the reason why America is looking for an excuse to bomb Iran.
You must also remember that the whole “image” of Nebuchadnesar from its feet till its head must still be shattered. Read Daniel chapter 2. That means that this whole world system must still be completely destroyed. That is the explanation for what is now building up in the world. Ask the Lord to enlarge your thinking. Can you now understand why I, who have been watching the world scene for the past almost sixty years in the light of prophecy, have this deep unrest in my spirit? Are you ready?
