WHAT IS A JEW? A RELIGION OR A RACE?

My understanding is that Jews are both a religion and a racial identification.The religion is easy to explain. It is Judaism … which follows the teachings of the Babylonian Talmud. This is the teaching of the Pharisees which was invented in Babylon when the captive Jews mixed the O.T. Hebrew religion with the  occultic  religion  of Babylon. In the N.T. this religion was known as “the tradition of the elders” but it is now called “Judaism”. They also have their esoteric side with those who follow the Zahar and other such writings.

The racial aspect of Jews is more complex. Racially 85 – 90% of the Jews in the world are Ashkenazi Jews. And these Ashkenazi Jews descend from the ancient Khazars. Racially the Khazars descend from Japheth (of the 3 sons of Noah). The Semites descend from Shem, so the Khazars are not even Semitic. This descent from Japheth is according to the royal records of the ancient Khazar kings (and royal lines were pretty good at recording their own genealogies).

The Khazar Kingdom adopted the Jewish religion (Judaism) between 786 – 809 AD (according to The Standard Jewish Encyclopedia 1959 ed.). These Khazar Jews are now known as the Ashkenazi Jews and they are the majority of Russian, Polish and German Jews. And in the modern state of Israel the Ashkenazi Jews persecute the Sephardic Jews.

The Sephardic Jews can trace their lineage to the Jews of the N.T. These Sephardic Jews are about 10 – 15 % of the modern Jews. In the Gospels of the N.T. the word “Jew” means “A resident of Judea.” It does not refer to a race. But most of these Jews did follow the religion of the Pharisees which would later be called “Judaism”. Racially the N.T. Jews were made up (for the most part) of 3 racial groups.

1. The Judahites of ancient Israel who were taken captive to Babylon and who had returned to the land of Israel. These were physical descendants from Jacob/Israel mostly of the tribes of Judah, Benjamin and Levi.
2. Persians and other races who had converted to the Pharisee religion when the Jews were in the Babylonian captivity. See: II Kings 17:24-41 & Esther 8:17.
3. Edomites who had converted to the Pharisee religion. These were the Jews in John 8 who told Jesus that they had never been in bondage to any man. We know that the Israelites had been in bondage when they were in Egypt.

The modern Sephardics are made up of  these 3 racial groups. And because there are physical Israelites among them, the false Jews (the Khazars) persecute the Sephardics today. This is my current understanding of Jews … the religion and the race.
