WAS DECEMBER 25TH THE DAY OF CHRIST’S BIRTH?
IT IS EVIDENT that many Identity people, through the lack of knowledge, believe that December 25th was the day when Jesus the Christ was born. For, if they didn’t believe so, they would not take part in the elaborate and expensive celebrations that go on in the churches. While it is also a fact that non-religious and Antichrist people also celebrate this day for fun and profit, our primary concern in this discussion is that of the Christian Church and its responsibility to uphold that which is truth.
We must always remember that the Christian Faith is founded and established on the firm foundation of TRUTH.The doctrines, customs and workings of the Church must be compatible with the foundation of truth. There is positively no room for deliberate error nor for hypocrisy.To cement that fact, take careful note of the words of Jesus as found in John 8:32:
“And ye shall know the Truth, And the Truth shall make you free”.
In Luke 12:1 we read:
“… Beware ye of the leaven of the Pharisees which is hypocrisy.”
Since this is true, and since hundreds of millions of people are celebrating December 25th as Christ’s Birthday, it is the duty of all Christians to examine the Word of God and let the Word of God determine whether we are projecting truth or deception. If we can prove by the Bible that the birth of Jesus was not on December 25th, should we make believe it is? Should we state it as fact and should we spend millionsof dollars, and go through the materialism of celebrating it? In addition to all of that, if we can prove that December 25th was the day that all the pagans and heathens of Rome celebrated the birth of the sun-god, and that all modern Christmas customs are of pagan origin, should we then do the things that the ancient pagans did, and try to attribute them to Christ? Please read the following carefully!
Our calendars show that the 25th of December is the birthday of Jesus, but the calendars are wrong. Jesus was not born in December at all. How then did December 25th come to be Christmas, which most people think refers to the birth of Christ? The word Christmas is not found in the Bible, but we must rather go into Roman Catholicism to find it.The word Christmas is a mixture of two words; Christ and Mass. In other words, the “Mass of Christ”. Here let it be noted that the word “Mass” means death and not birth.
A good dictionary or encyclopedia will confirm that the word “Mass” is the celebration of the Eucharist or the blood and body of Christ. Thus, when you say “Merry Christmas”, you are saying “Merry or Happy Death Of Christ”. I hope you are as shocked as I was when I first discovered this fact some years ago.
Thus when the impostor known as Santa Claus says: “HO! HO! HO! Merry Christmas”, he is literally laughing at the death of Jesus on the cross of Calvary. Now, there will probably be some bemused doubting Thomas reading this who will say: “While we do say it, we really mean something else.” Well, if this is your defence, refer to the words of Jesus as found in Matthew 12:36-37, which reads as follows:
“But I say unto you, that every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgement. For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.”
When Catholicism took control of Rome, it did not convert the pagans to Christianity, but rather incorporated the heathen customs into the church; and in doing so, supposedly made these customs Christian. Let us prove that Jesus was not born in December, and that the foisting of December 25th on Christendom, as Christ’s birthday, is one of the greatest and most successful Luciferian hoaxes of all time. Through strong deception, Lucifer has people doing the same things the heathen did, and they are doing it on the same day. All of this is happening year after year under the mask of “Peace on earth, goodwill toward men.” (more correctly translated – “Peace on earth to men of good will”) By means of this cleverly devised Luciferian custom, most Christians are carrying on the things that should be eliminated as idolatory. It is no wonder that YHVH told Israel to “Learn not the way of the heathen… the CUSTOMS of the people are vain.”
FOUR IMPORTANT THINGS TO CONSIDER
I will now present four outstanding reasons which will reveal that Jesus was not bom when many say He was, but rather about mid September! However, before I begin with the first of these, there is a very sinple point which many have overlooked. The Bible says that on the night that Jesus was bom in Bethlehem, there were shepherds in the field watching their flocks by night. It is a documented fact that shepherds in Palestine never watched their flocks in the field by night after October. In December it would have been much too cold in that portion of the world. (see Luke chapter 2). Now for the first reason.
We know that the ministry of Jesus lasted 3 1/2 years – (Daniel 9:27 etc.) HIS ministry ended at the time of the Passover (John 18:39), which is always in the spring of the year. Thus, 3 1/2 years before that spring marks the beginning of HIS ministry on earth which must have been in Autumn. We know that Jesus began His ministry at the time of His 30th birthday (Luke 3:23), which was a requirement in Israel – (Numbers 4:3). Since Jesus began His ministry at age 30, which we can clearly see was in the fall of the year, we can conclude that 30 years prior to that day was the actual day of His birth.
The second reason leads us to the same accurate conclusion. We simply compare the time of Christ’s birth to that of John The Baptist. A careful examination of Luke 1:5-36 is further evidence regarding the autumnal birth of Jesus Christ. John The Baptist’s father was a priest named Zacharias. In those days, all priests were divided and assigned to one of 24 Courses, or divisions of service. Each course lasted one week, and the beginning of the courses was in the Hebrew month of Nisan, or the first month. This was in the early spring of the year – (1 Chronicles 27:1-2). The names of all the courses are given in I Chronicles 24:7-19. It would take six months for all 24 courses to be completed, and then the procedure would commence again. Thus, each priest served for 1 week, twice each year. There were however 3 weeks when all the priests served together. These were the Passover, Pentecost and the Feast of the Tabernacles. Notice in Luke 1:5 that Zacharias was of the course of Abia,’ which in Hebrew is Abijah. Abijah was the eighth course according to 1 Chronicles 24:10. This means that when Gabriel
announced the birth of John the Baptist to Zacharias while he was performing the temple duties in that 8th course, the time of year would have been Ivar 27 to Sivan 5,which is June 1st -June 8th. After that, Zacharias would have had to remain another week because of Pentecost. Then, when he returned home (about June15th), his wife Elizabeth conceived – (Luke 1:23-24). Since the human gestation period is 9 months, we quickly see that John The Baptist was born about March 15th. We also know that Jesus was born six months after John – (Luke 1:26). Luke 1:36 clearly states:
“And behold, thy cousin Elizabeth, she hath also conceived a son in her old age: and this is the SIXTH month with her, who was called barren”
Understanding this, you must simply count six months ahead from mid-March and you will see that this second proof agrees precisely with the first: MID-SEPTEMBER!
The third evidence incorporates both Scripture and history. We know that Mary and Joseph went to Bethlehem to be taxed and counted by the Roman Government (Luke 2:1-5). There is absolutely no record of a Roman census or taxing ever done in December. This was however done in the Autumn of the year. There were good reasons for that:
(1). It was the time of the harvest.
(2). It was the time of the Great Feast in Jerusalem, which both men and women were to attend.
I do not believe that Joseph would have compelled Mary to ride a donkey 100 miles in the ninth month of her pregnancy to a Roman taxation. Historical records tell us that Roman law never required women to be present at taxings. In addition, the great September Feast at Jerusalem would have greatly increased the population of that city. Even surrounding towns such as Bethlehem (5 miles to the south) were jam-packed. Now you can see why there was no room for them in the inn. To sum this up, we see that Mary and Joseph made the trip not only to pay their taxes, but also to attend the Great Feast, which was always in the Autumn of the year.
The fourth reason that December 25th is not the date of the birth of YAHSHUA the Christ is found in the mathematics of the Great Pyramid. Those of you who are familiar with the science of Pyramidology will be fully aware of this fact. Between the point where the floor level of the Queen’s Chamber intersects with the floor of the Ascending Passage and the upper end of the Ascending Passage, a geometric triangle is formed called “Christ Triangle”. The north end of its base marks the date of the birth of our Lord and Saviour, September 29th, 2 B.C. and the apex marks the date of HIS Crucifixion, April 3rd A.D. 33. HIS birth, HIS baptism, HIS life,HIS death, HIS resurrection and HIS Ascension is the central theme of the Great Pyramid, as well as of the Bible.The details of Christ, as revealed by the Great Pyramid, may be found in Pyramidology Book No.2, “The Glory of Christ as Revealed by the Great Pyramid,” by Adam Rutherford.
Now that it has been established that December 25th had nothing to do with the birth of Jesus, we will see what that day did represent. All sources agree that the winter festival of December 25th existed in pagan Rome before the birth of Jesus Christ. It was a celebration that honoured the sun-god and was called “Saturnalia”. The heathen Romans noticed that after the 21st or 22nd of December the days began to get longer and the nights shorter. They believed it was because the sun-god was born on the 25th of December. When the Roman Catholic Church gained control of the city of Rome, they did not bother to destroy idolatry, but they rather incorporated many of the heathen customs of Rome into the church. Thus they are handed down to 20th century man, and we are supposed to believe that they are Christian.
The early heathen Romans celebrated Saturnalia almost exactly as people today celebrate “ChristMass”. The Romans would hang mistletoe (The branch of Jupiter), and would also make wreaths of evergreen branches. They cut down evergreen trees and put them in their homes. They decorated the trees with silver and gold. Then the people would go to the temple of the heathen sun-god to worship, after which they would open the gifts that they had put under their decorated tree earlier. Finally they would have a Saturnalia dinner of roasted goose (Christ-Massgoose). They also had parties and celebrated as many Christians do when they hold Christmas parties.
OUR GOD WARNS AGAINST THE HEATHEN CUSTOM OF DECORATING TREES
Now there are two customs that I will cover in more detail. The first one is the “Christmas Tree”. YHVH wamed His people Israel not to get involved in the heathen custom of putting up decorated trees. There are at least 10 Bible references which relate evergreen trees to idolatry. For instance, in Jeremiah 10:3-4 we read as follows:
“For the customs of the people are vain: for one cutteth a tree out of the forest, the work of the hands of the work-man with the axe. They deck it with silver and with gold; they fasten it with nails and with hammers, that it move not”.
Now some may say that they are not honouring the sun-god but rather the “Son of GOD”. No matter what they may say; they are doing the same thing that the pagans did, and they are doing it on the same day. That day, as we have already shown, has absolutely nothing to do with the birth of Jesus. Modern people call it “Christmas”, the pagan Romans called it “Saturnalia”; it is clearly the same thing. The second custom that I want to unmask in more depth is that of the use of “Santa Claus”. This tradition is one of the most dangerous of the season because the hearts of the children are misdirected away from Jesus Christ The fat little man dressed in “Red” is not just a harmless tradition but a direct form of the spirit of Antichrist. You will see the impostor taking children into his arms and setting them on his lap. There he steals their affections by offering them gifts (which the parents must pay for). Jesus did not say to bring the little children to Santa Claus. He did say:
“Suffer the little children to come unto me and FORBID THEM NOT…”
Another problem with Santa Claus is that people attribute the power of GOD to him. For example:
“HE KNOWS WHEN YOU ARE SLEEPING, HE KNOWS WHEN YOU’RE AWAKE, HE KNOWS IF YOU’VE BEEN BAD OR GOOD …”
In addition to that, Santa Claus supposedly comes out of the North, which is symbolic of where Lucifer desired to be – (Isaiah 14:12-13). In addition, Santa Claus has Snow White hair and a beard as white as wool. This is the way that JESUS appeared to John in the book of Revelation – (Rev.1:14).Thank GOD that Jesus never wore a red garment which is the colour representing sin. There is one more simple reason why the idea of Santa Claus is bad. It is a hoax and a lie, and our children do not need to be lied to.
Santa Claus is the patron saint of thieves (ref. page 93, Ripley’s “Believe It or Not”, 1929).St Nicholas, the Bishop of Myra whom we know as Santa Claus, is the patron saint and protector of many picaresque (shady) vocations. Among others he is the patron saint of thieves and gangsters. The “Knights of St. Nicholas” is another name for the “light-fingered gentry”. St. Nicholas is also the patron saint of pawnbrokers and their emblem is traced to him. Pirates emblazoned his likeness on their flags. Other wards of St. Nicholas are spinsters and sailors.
Have you ever wondered why “Christmas” is often written as “Xmas”? Well, the “Talmudic” Jew hates the name of Christ with a vengeance. In fact he hates the name of Christ so much that he will not even speak it, least of all write it. So as to partake in the annual rip-off of the “dumb” Christians, the Talmudic Jew crossed out Christ’s name changing Christmas to Xmas thus eliminating the necessity to speak the name of the King of Kings.
In conclusion, it is clear that the Christmas Holiday has its origin in paganism and has nothing to do with Jesus Christ and the Christian Church. I believe that Christ cannot be honoured with a lie and with deception, for the Bible clearly states in Jesus’ own words:
“God is a spirit and they that worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in truth.” – (John 4:24).
ON THE LIGHTER SIDE
A few days after Christmas, a Protestant, Catholic and a Jew were discussing how each spent Christmas day.
The Protestant said:
“Well, we started celebrating Christmas Eve.We went to our local church, listened to a short sermon, and sang some Christmas hymns. Then on Christmas morning we gathered around the tree and opened presents. Later, we drank a few highballs and ate our big Christmas dinner.”
The Catholic said:
“Well, by and large we did the same thing except we didn’t celebrate Christmas Eve, but got up early the next morning and went to Mass. Then in the afternoon we opened presents.”
The Jew said:
“We have a different approach altogether. We invited all of our relatives and co-religionists to come together at the Department Store. We opened a case of Slivovitz,we rubbed our bellies and looked with glee at the empty shelves and full cash registers.We kneeled down and gave thanks to our own boy, Saul, who invented this clever gimmick and made it all possible in the first place. Then we all joined hands and sang, ‘What a Friend We Have in Jesus.’ “
