JESUS BREATHES AND BAPTIZES…HE IS LORD
EASTER
“I ascend unto my Father and your Father.” – (John 20:17)
“A little while, and ye shall not see me and again a little while, and ye shall see me, because I go to the Father.” – (John 16:16)
“The same day at evening, Jesus stood in their midst and said: ‘Peace be unto you … and He breathed on them and said… receive ye the Holy Ghost. “ – (John 20:19-22)
ASCENSION
“The day in which he was taken up… and had given commandments… (He) commanded them … wait for the promise of the Father. For John truly baptized (with) water; but ye shall be baptized (with) the Holy Ghost, not many days hence. And ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you; and ye shall be witnesses unto me … unto the uttermost part of the earth.” – (Acts 1:2-8)
PENTECOST
“And when the day of Pentecost was fully come… there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, it sat upon each of them. And they were all filled (overflowing) with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.” – (Acts 2:1-4)
