We have a faith that has endured for twice a thousand years. We have a shield to hold against disasters, doubts and fears. We have a Book that teaches men the ways of brotherhood. We have The Faith.
Why seek new creeds? The old one still holds good.
The better world for which we fought our children will not see-till these truths we rediscover through adversity – banishing all petty feuds and bitter argument – selfish aims that breed dissension, hate and discontent.
It was Faith that saved our country in her grievous hour.
Faith in God: man’s secret source of strength and hope and power.. Let us then have faith and vow that all ill-will shall cease – working for the common good: prosperity and peace.
