THE ENSIGN MESSAGE

TIME TO TURN

By

DURING the Second World War, the King called the nation to prayer 5 times, one occasion being that of the rescue of the British Expeditionary Force from Dunkirk.

All the churches were told to stay open round the clock. A correspondent at the time recalls;

“People who were not in the habit of attending church, people who normally did not pray, and the remainder who did, all responded. Bus drivers, train drivers, housewives, schoolchildren, office workers, members of the Armed Forces, prayed as they worked. Churches were full or had a constant stream of people on their way to or from work. The whole nation prayed… ”

Dunkirk little Ships leaving Dover on a Commemorative Cruise to Dunkirk

Acknowledgement to The Association of Dunkirk Little Ships

During the days of the rescue, when the little ships put out to sea over and over again, the Channel stayed extraordinarily calm, allowing nearly 350,000 British and Allied soldiers to be brought safely home.

These Isles were delivered from evil then, but now, nearly sixty-five years later, the nation that once prayed together for that deliverance has sunk tragically low into division and depravity. The black clouds of totalitarianism are gathered over us again, blown in on the deceitful hot air of generations of traitorous politicians and their lackeys, infiltrating and perverting the once-upright institutions of our society. Lulled by the ‘you’ve never had it so good’ life-style, we’ve ignored the creeping death of libertinism, that instrument of destruction that masquerades as ‘tolerance’ and ‘equality’, turning us into ignorant, compliant pawns in our masters’ global games.

We have been attracted to this new Babylon like moths to fake light, blundering into the insane mess of immorality, lies, injustice, fear and spiritual bankruptcy that is Britain today, but we must wake up from this nightmare and get off this hellish road now. We must be re-clothed in our rightful minds before it is too late.

On June 2nd – Coronation Day – people from all over the country met in Westminster Chapel, Buckingham Gate, St. James’ Park, London, from 11 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. for a Day of Prayer and Fasting for National Repentance, asking God to forgive this nation and save us from the darkness that is rapidly closing in on us.

Many more people, unable to get to London, added the power of their own prayers whilst they were at work, or at home, in churches – anywhere, just like our predecessors during the days of Dunkirk. Please join us. Church-goers, please ask your ministers (those of them that are not the ‘faithless shepherds’ who preach the corrupt doctrines of the liberal fascists) to promote the Day of Prayer. Details can be found on www.christianvoice.org.uk. Please forward this message to others.

Even if you think you don’t believe in God, pray anyway, in private somewhere. You have nothing to lose but absolutely everything to gain. If we work together, asking for God’s forgiveness and help, then the light of truth and liberty can once more shine from our lovely Isles.

If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.
